The Navy Seals Workout


They say that the difference between strength and weakness is the capacity to believe you can do something. When it comes to physical fitness and the physical fit there’s no ones better than the U.S. Navy SEALs. Are you up to the challenge?

In 15 weeks build up to: Running 6 miles and swimming consecutively for 75 minutes (5 days a week), and the calisthenics workout of 400 push-ups, 500 sit-ups, 60 pull-ups and 300 dips, (3 days a week, in less than 30 minutes).

I completed all 3 workouts although never during the same 15 week duration. But this time I will and I’m kicking strong!
